One of the Directors of ASLDS, Ms.Geetu Sharma is a renowned educationalist having over two decades of professional teaching experience. She is specialized in curriculum building and all round development of students. Her domain knowledge and the managerial skills helped ASLDS to have a well structured and organized curriculum making it one of the best skill development training company. The way she strategies the whole framework is highly appreciated by all stake holders. She is one of those persons who sincerely aim at promoting the well refined skill development program in the country so as to produce the highly competent workforce in the Industry. She ensures that trainees of ASLDS get the best training so that they can survive in the Industry and become competent enough to grab the best jobs available.

Ms. Sudesh Bachhal is a Retired Principal Technical Officer from CSIO-CSIR (Central Scientific Instruments Organisation). With over 40 years of experience of working in one of the premier Government organization as a Senior Technical Officer, she has developed innovative approaches to monitoring quality and ensuring effectiveness. Her contribution to the Indo-Swiss Training Centre, CSIO to enhance effectiveness of students’ learning was highly appreciated. She has focused all her research skills and knowledge to design the best skill development system of ASLDS so that a well competent work force will be available to serve the needs of the Industry. Management of skill imparting projects surely reflect her strong background in the field of Research.

ASLDS, as a company is supported by experts from different sectors as per need of specific training programs under guidance of Sh. Ajit Punia, former General Manager of a PSU of Govt. of India. He has over 36 years of experience in the field of skill development training, Micro Credit and Marketing. His experience combined with his highly refined capabilities to manage the programs effectively helps in designing & supervision of all aspects of Implementation of skill development training projects.
