ASMITA SKILL LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS (ASL&DS) PVT. LTD is based in Gurgaon. The ASLDS is engaged in Skill Development Training initiative of the Govt of India. The ASL&DS was established in the year 2016 with main objective of providing quality skill enhancement training to the identified trainees with special focus on women from underprivileged section of society.
ASLDS has also built strong industry linkages for successful placements of the trainees. The company provides skill development training to the weaker sections of society in collaboration of various Sector Skill Councils under The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt of India. Â We are also implementing training programs funded under CSR initiative of PSUs.
The training programs are being conducted successfully across India.

Vision & Aim
The ASLDS aims to conduct skill development training to thousands of youths from rural and urban areas of the country in coming years so that a highly skilled manpower is available to the industry as well as the successful trainees can establish their self employment ventures with credit facilities from banks and other financial institutions to become ââEmployment giver rather than Employment seekers.ââ
ASLDS commits to be responsible for bringing in all the required learning resources, trained facilities, quality delivery using modern technology, third party assessment, national level certification on completion of training and day to day monitoring of all allied activities.
